Hi, I'm Annie Mondegreen. Music is my greatest passion and has been ever since I started playing and studying classical guitar music when I was ten years old. Today, I write, perform, and release my own songs as an independent singer-songwriter. I enjoy writing sad love songs, and Joan Baez, Françoise Hardy, and Sandy Denny are my north stars. I love recording my music: I self-release studio recordings to all major streaming platforms, and I capture unique live performances filmed around the globe as musical postcards.

I'm also a podcast host: Catch 33 1/3 - Feel Your Way Through Music.

I'm the author of a children's book called The Magic Suitcase: A Feelings Fable for Children and Adults. I wrote the story and my mom illustrated it by hand with original colored pencil drawings.

And I'm reading Around the World in 18 Sleuths on my blog. I combine reading crime fiction with other forms of armchair traveling, for instance, with listening through the respective countries' music histories.
